It has come to our attention that, owing to the ever increasing complexity of the HLBS website, certain of our readers have become lost for sometimes weeks at a time. This has inevitably caused distress and anxiety for their long-suffering relatives, who in some cases have been moved to send out search parties and hire private detectives.
Until recently, the standard response of the HLBS public relations department to reports of all such cases has been simply to post them on the company notice board for the general amusement of the factory staff. Unfortunately, as has now been pointed out to us, customers trapped behind boxes in the basement are in no position to spend any money.
